Halfway up the Alishan Forest Railway, the little mountain settlement of Fenqihu sits in a bowl of cedar-covered ridges in Chiayi County, Taiwan. This 4K camera looks out over the station area and the valley beyond, where cloud regularly pours through the trees. It is one of the calmer views in Taiwan's high country, and it changes constantly.

Why Fenqihu? Fenqihu is the traditional midway stop on the narrow gauge line climbing towards Alishan, and generations of passengers have broken their journey here. The village is famous for its railway lunchboxes and its short, steep old street. On camera, the appeal is the weather: sun, then mist, then rain, sometimes within a single hour.
